SubscriptionKH is a digital subscription reseller based in Cambodia. We sell shared and personal subscription accounts for various digital services including streaming, AI tools, productivity software, education platforms, and VPN services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Delivery
All products are digital subscriptions and are delivered via Telegram to the username you provide during checkout.
Delivery is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes after payment confirmation.
Product availability, pricing, and subscription durations are subject to change without prior notice.
"Shared" accounts mean you share access with other users. "Personal" accounts are for your exclusive use.
4. Payments
We accept payments via KHQR, Binance Pay, PayPal, ABA Bank, Wing Money, and ACLEDA Bank.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Payment must be completed before delivery. Orders are not processed until payment is verified.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy
If a subscription does not work or credentials are invalid at the time of delivery, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery via Telegram.
No refunds are provided for change-of-mind, partial usage, or accounts that were working at delivery but later expired normally.
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Account Usage Rules
Do not change the password or account settings of shared accounts.
Do not share your credentials with others unless the subscription permits it.
Violation of these rules may result in account termination without refund.
7. Warranty & Guarantee
All subscriptions are guaranteed for the duration specified at the time of purchase. If a subscription stops working before its stated duration ends, contact us on Telegram for a replacement.
8. Limitation of Liability
SubscriptionKH is a reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original service providers (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for changes made by original providers to their services, terms, or availability. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Attempting to defraud or scam our service.
Using automated tools or bots to interact with our platform.
Filing false chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving a valid product.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
